The chickens are able to supplement their diet with grass and insects, which gives the egg yolks their bright orange colour.

Our laying hens are free-range and have access to the outdoors throughout the day. They are kept in small flocks in mobile houses that are regularly moved to fresh pasture.

This creates a healthy environment in which there is no need to routinely administer antibiotics to keep the birds free from disease. Their feed is free from GM ingredients and yolk colourant.
